Recently, cloud computing has changed ICT market. In order to support its clients to keep pace with the changing market and to provide a wide variety of server chassis and services, Ablecom decides to establish Asia Pacific Manufacturing Operation, which is about 600,000 square feet. It will be a 2-phase build-out, and phase one will be completed in December, 2011. At that time, it will be the biggest server manufacturing plant in Taiwan. Ablecom has been devoted to server chassis solution for more than a decade. It was predicted that the cloud computing market will be four-fold increase in the next five years. Since server chassis is way much bigger than PC chassis, Ablecom can reduce the time to market and provide its customers immediate support with its plant based in Taiwan. Besides, the construction will be a one-stop-shop, which is with tooling ability for both plastic and metal materials. Cooperating with the government with its incentive program, Ablecom decided to establish the plant in Taiwan to effectively provide its clients high quality products and just in time services.
"Server chassis market is in stable growth. I believe our new plant in Taiwan will bring more productivity and upscaling sales.
